Construcciones Otero was founded in Granada in 1956.

It was a family business working mainly in jobs concerned with the complete water cycle, and the company grew to be the leader in its field. In 2004 it was decided to diversify into building construction.

At Construcciones Otero we are experts in sustainable construction and our environmental friendliness shines through in every job that we do in both the public and private sectors.

The building that now houses our corporate headquarters opened in 2011: The Manantia Eco Business Centre on the Cortijo del Conde industrial estate in Granada. The Manantia building is a case in point of sustainable construction, and holds an A+ energy rating.
